Who Provides Services?
Annette Curtis Ferriole has been teaching peacemaking principles since 2001.
She is the founder of Peacemaking Resource.
A member of the Mediation Association of Colorado, her experience includes work in restorative justice, victim offender dialogue, circle process, community mediation and roles as a long term care ombudsman. Collaborating with local peacemakers, she has spearheaded efforts to promote Conflict Resolution Month in Mesa County.
As a long time volunteer with the Western Colorado Writers' Forum, she has developed and led writing workshops as part of Writers' Forum community collaborations. She has facilitated writing groups in health care facilities, for caregivers and low income youth.
Annette is a certified instructor of Journal to the Self and has completed numerous courses through The Center for Journal Therapy. She holds degrees in public administration, occupational therapy and rehabilitation counseling.
Special interests include helping people find their voice, pursuing peace, storytelling, poetry and seizing even the smallest bits of light, believing that there is hope for all of our futures.
