Classes & Workshops Conflict is a normal part of everyday life. Participants will learn practical approaches for resolving everyday conflict at home, work, school, church and in the community. Classes are offered in a variety of formats and time frames to meet the needs of small or larger groups.
Conflict Coaching Conflict coaching prepares an individual to discuss a conflict privately with another person. Coaching can help the individual evaluate the conflict, identify goals, and plan words before he/she arranges to speak to the other person about concerns. Conflict coaching promotes constructive communication, better equipping people to discuss difficult issues they hope to resolve. Mediation With the help of a neutral facilitator, individuals in conflict meet to share perspectives and collaborate in order to resolve differences in such areas as workplace disagreements, elder care, family issues, church relationships, and neighborhood disagreements.
Circle Process Circle processes are used to bring people together to: share ideas, build community, make decisions, teach, address harms, develop strategic plans and more! Circles are used in schools, workplaces, criminal justice systems, churches, families...
Restorative Writing Examiningpersonal experiences through proven writing techniques provides a safe way to give voice to feelings. Hurtful situations and conflicts may initially be too painful to address with others. Writing can open up avenues for healing, personal growth and future communication.
